Refund policy
ONLINE RETURNS
From the date of delivery, we will gladly issue store credit for eligible online purchases. No refunds will be issued.
To be eligible for a return, all merchandise must be:

Unworn and unused

In original condition, free from odor or damage

Returned with original Seven & James sales tags attached

Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation

Returned in original packaging, box, and/or container
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your item for store credit. Returns received outside of this window will not be accepted.

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or store credit:

Discounted, retired, or sale merchandise
All furniture and antiques are sold as-is.
Jewelry
All jewelry purchases are eligible for return within 15 days of delivery. After 15 days, all jewelry is final sale.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
